Happy Fall
HAPPY FALL TO YOU - from one pumpkin to another!
A woman was asked by a coworker, 'What is it like to be a Christian?'
The coworker replied, 'It is like being a pumpkin.' God picks you from the patch, brings you in, and washes all the dirt off of you.
Then He cuts off the top and scoops out all the yucky stuff. He removes the seeds of doubt, hate, and greed.
Then He carves you a new smiling face and puts His light inside of you to shine for all the world to see.'

Devotional from Adrian Rogers
BIBLE MEDITATION: “The voice of the Lord is upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth.” Psalm 29:3
DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT: Some people think it’s a waste of time to simply sit at God’s feet and listen. It is not a waste of time to wait on God any more than a woodchopper is wasting time when he sharpens his ax. Charles Hummel wrote a booklet, “Tyranny of the Urgent.” He said “When we fail to wait prayerfully for God’s guidance and strength we are saying, with our actions if not our lips, that we do not need Him….Prayerful waiting on God is indispensable to effective service. Like the time-out in a football game, it enables us to catch our breath and fix new strategy…The need is not the call. The call must come from the Lord who knows our limitations.”
ACTION POINT: Read Psalm 29. Count how many times the phrase, the “voice of the Lord” is repeated. Spend at least that many minutes listening for His voice and trusting He will speak His will to you.

Update on our House and Church
well, we are still living in this house the owner was very kind enought to let us live here till we can find us a house closer to the church even thought our contract was over last month,so Praise the Lord for that because we really want to find the perfect house that reaches our budget and our desire to get closer to the community where the church is at.
Being close to the church will help alot because we can start our youth Studies in our house and actually invite people to our house right now we do invite them but like we know they think its very far to come.So this week we are going to go see some other houses that our realator wants to show us,(I hope we can find it soon)at lest before the baby is born and everything.
What a blessing, we have had visitors every Sunday this Last sunday was our biggest one,we had one Gentleman in the morning actually he was in business work from like new hamphire I think,He was looking for a Baptist church (even though he had just arrive there that morning) and the people from the Hotel told him about us so he came to visit and it was such a blessing having him. At night service we had 5 young people that came some of them come very regularly and 2 girls it was their second sunday after service we went to eat with them and have a good fellowship. So we continue to pray for people and pray that God can use our team in such a mighty way that people would come to know the Lord.

My Pregnancy (25 weeeks yesterday)
I went to the Doctor this past Friday to have a check up,everything sound good only that the Baby measures smaller than what my weeks of pregnancy really are so the doctor wants me to do a second level ultrasound which is more detail than the regular ultrasounds(I had the same problem with zeke about being small)but i think its because i just have a small stomach,(I guess paqui wasn't that wrong when I first got married and people from church in Alabama would ask me when I was going to have a baby and paqui would tell them that I need it to get bigger first she was just joking) we think there is nothing wrong I just have small babies but please keep me and the Baby in your prayers..Also my next appointment I will have the glucose Test hopefully everything is ok Fun Fun a blottle of sugar.
by the way,we are still deciting what to name our little one,we have change the middle name too because after I thought about naming him Ethan I meet Ethans everywhere so i will tell you the complete name as soon as we decide for the first name.

How was the Bible Study??
well last night it was a great blessing it was the first time that we were meeting with young people to do the Bible Study,we had 3 coming(Lauren,Taylor, and Chestin) the other people said they could't come this week but they will next so we will see. We had a great time together, we got to know each other a little bit and then we got to hear Jeremi's Testimony with the application on putting yourself in the Hand's of God. Please keep praying for this Bible Study that we will be having every monday that we can be a blessing to this young people and with our testimony show them that there is nothing better than live your life for God.

Blind Girl!
There was a blind girl who hated herself because she was blind. She
hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend. He was always
there for her. She told her boyfriend, 'If I could only see
the world, I will marry you.'
One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her. When the bandages
came off, she was able to see everything, including her
boyfriend.
He asked her,'Now that you can see the world, will you marry me?' The
girl looked at her boyfriend and saw that he was blind. The
sight of his closed eyelids shocked her. She hadn't expected
that. The thought of looking at them the rest of her life
led her to refuse to marry him.
Her boyfriend left in tears and days later wrote a note to her
saying: 'Take good care of your eyes, my dear, for before
they were yours, they were mine.'
This is how the human brain often works when our status changes.
Only a very few remember what life was like before, and who
was always by their side in the most painful situations.
Life Is a
Gift
Today before you say an unkind word - Think of someone who can't speak.
Before you complain about the taste of your food - Think of someone who has nothing to eat.
Before you complain about your husband or wife - Think of someone who's crying out to GOD for a companion.
Today before you complain about life - Think of someone who went too early to heaven.
Before whining about the distance you drive Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet.
And when you are tired and complain about your job - Think of the unemployed, the disabled, and those who wish they had your job.
And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down - Put a smile on your face and think: you're alive and still around.
